Actress-cum-musician, Emelia Brobbey has tooted her own horn after one of her songs hit over 1.6 million views on YouTube.
She became one of the most trolled Ghanaian personalities when she released her debut single titled, Fame Ko. Emelia, according to Ghanaians should have stayed in her lane as an actress to spare her the embarrassment.
A few months after the release of Fame Ko, Emelia Brobbey teamed up with Kuami Eugene on the song, Makoma which was, however, accepted well. The song has since garnered 1.8 million views on YouTube at the time of this post.
Speaking in an interview with Graphic Showbiz, Emelia Brobbey said her song achieving that feat is an indication that she is doing well as a musician.
“I have music videos to all the singles I have released and Makoma (featuring Kuami Eugene) hitting over 1.6 million views shows that I am doing well and I need to be appreciated. How many musicians get 1.6 million views for their videos in four months.”
